About Linda

I have my natal Sun in Scorpio, the sign of transformation, conjunct Saturn in Scorpio and inconjunct my Moon in Gemini in the 8th house.  Transformation and rebirth have been major themes in my life. It would be an understatement to say that I have always had a love/hate relationship with Saturn, and now that I have survived my second Saturn Return, I realize and accept that life takes time, Saturn does indeed test us, but that it will reward you when you have done the work that it requires. George Eliot’s quote “It is never too late to be what you might have been” has become my mantra.  I began my study of astrology during my first Saturn Return in 1983 and when transiting Pluto in Capricorn conjuncted my north node in the 3rd house I literally felt compelled to share my astrological insights with others.

Linda Simons is a Spiritual Counselor and Healer who began using her intuitive gifts as a psychic 35 years ago.  She has been doing astrological readings for 30 years.   Her astrological interpretations help people recognize their talents, skills and resources while providing powerful insights into their problems.  Linda channels her fourth house Chiron in Capricorn into her astrological readings to empower others by identifying fears, insecurities and blockages to happiness that had their origins in early life to help heal relationship karma.  She firmly believes that the astrological chart can provide a wealth of information on the patterns of behavior in relationships and that this knowledge can be a valuable tool in achieving healthier relationships.  Her  interpretations of Chiron in a chart reveal the deepest wound while her examination of the nodes of the moon reveal the soul’s mission in this life and accompanying karmic gifts and baggage.

Linda also examines the Black Moon placement in a chart to reveal the personal shadow side, the primary fear that blocks or undermines us in life and the fundamental ways in which we judge others and ourselves.  The Black Moon (also referred to as Lilith) has often has been referred to as the missing piece of information in a chart and knowledge of this can empower us to make choices that are more aligned with serving our highest good.  Linda’s identifies with  Jung’s quote “In the shadow is the gold”  because the shadow gold represents discarded psychic parts which are actually quite desirable.   Knowledge of this missing piece facilitates healing and integration of the shadow with the gold.

Linda is also a Reiki Master with a part-time Reiki practice at Acupuncture for Everyone in the Copley Square area of Boston. She also practices Reiki at her home in Newton, as well as offering distant Reiki healing treatments.  She has taught psychic development and astrology classes privately, at Newton Community Education and at Unity Boston.  Linda has also been reading tarot cards for 30 years.  Her tarot readings are based on the 12 houses of the horoscope that provide an in-depth perspective to her clients in the Boston area.  Contact her for readings by email at lindasim54@gmail.com.

As part of her  continuing journey on the path of transformation and rebirth, Linda enrolled in a Life Purpose Coaching program and became a Certified Life Purpose Coach in October 2016.  She is excited to be able to incorporate her  astrological knowledge into her  coaching practice by including interpretations of the north node by sign and house placement in a coaching session.
