Mars Uranus Pluto in Action Gearing Up for the Last Uranus Pluto Square

Brace yourself, folks. The intensity really got pumped up this week. We had a nice little calm before the proverbial storm on Monday, March 9th with no major aspects and the moon's entrance into Scorpio. On Tuesday, March 10th, Jupiter in Leo trined Mars in Aries giving us a feeling that anything is possible.  It infused us with inspiration, courage, and a sense of over exuberance.

But all bets were off on Wednesday, March 11th when Mars conjuncted Uranus in 14 degrees of Aries. The planet of desire and action collided with the planet of change and liberation. This is bound to trigger the effects of the 7th and final Uranus Pluto square of March 17th. Mars conjunct Uranus cautions us to look before we leap. Astrologer Kristin Fontana urged us to respond, rather than react, to this volatile energy, and I couldn't agree more. On March 11th I tweeted:

"Watch out today as Mars conjuncts Uranus in Aries & squares Pluto in Capricorn. Major explosions & power struggles. Breathe!"

We need to face the reality that anything happening this week acts as a catalyst to help us get unstuck and dismantle structures that no longer serve us because Mars also squared Pluto on the 11th. This aspect hit me hard, literally where I live, because Mars and Uranus in Aries sextiled my Mars in 14 degrees of Aquarius in my 4th house. The first hit was an usually large electric bill, which actually prompted me to rant on Twitter about Eversource raising rates and not replying to its customers.  I heard back from others on Twitter that Eversource had raised rates 60%. One tweet directed me to a link with a petition to the Attorney General in Massachusetts to repeal the 2015 rate increase, which I promptly signed and posted about on Twitter.

"Just signed petition to repeal #Eversource #rate #hike. Mars Uranus Pluto in action!"

The next hit arrived in the form of a $130 monthly rent increase and a demand to sign a No-Smoking Addendum which would prohibit me or any guests from smoking in the apartment, building, patios, balconies, foyers, driveways, parking areas, fire escapes and rooftops. Now I am not a smoker but my Mars in Aquarius was really riled up at the downright unfairness of this Plutonian measure. I deeply resent being told that no one can even smoke outside or anywhere on the property or that the Landlord will pursue all available remedies for violations. March 11th really lived up to all of the astrological hype of Mars, Uranus and Pluto in full force.

Michael Lutin wrote extensively about the Mars Uranus conjunction in Aries squaring Pluto in Capricorn on his site this week:

I loved what he had to say about the Uranus involvement meaning that you can't guess what can happen and that if you think it can't happen it might. He observed that this aspect reflected a break with the past and that it could occur with a violent rupture or a carefully integrated agreement and specially crafted separation. He talked about enforced change and a major break with previous associations.

On March 11th I went to my weekly meditation group, which was sorely needed. I wound up running into someone who had been a student in the graduate program I had administered at my previous job at a local university. Talk about Uranus in action! I left that position over a year and a half ago and it now seems like a past life. He had dropped by to chat with the minister of the church and was on his way out as I was entering for the meditation. But he admitted that he had dropped by my old office a few months ago to deliver a thank you gift for my helping him and was saddened by the news that I was gone and he would never get the chance to thank me. So Uranus was really working overtime for me on March 11th!

On Thursday, March 12th, Mercury left the air sign of Aquarius and entered watery, nebulous Pisces. This will pretty much ensure that confusion and uncertainty will run the gamut. Mercury will be at the midpoint of all this highly disruptive Pluto and Uranus action. But we did have an ace in the hole with the moon in Sagittarius. On the 12th, it trined Jupiter in Leo and Uranus in Aries, inspiring me to tweet:

"Sag moon trining Jupiter in Leo and Uranus in Aries today sets off a grand fire trine & potential for more pleasant surprises."

As Uranus in Aries winds up its transit of my 6th house (it enters my 7th house on April 10th), I began reflecting on the changes that had swept over those areas of my life. As recently as two years ago, my health and work situation were in dire straits. I was so stressed out from my job that I resigned for reasons of declining health. Transiting Uranus in Aries literally forced me to recreate a new work environment for myself and restore my health. I began pursuing my passion for astrology and psychic readings and started a Reiki practice. I am a healer, but I needed to heal myself. Last week I had my annual physical with a new doctor who pronounced me "very healthy with a very healthy lifestyle."  I may not have achieved the financial success or stability I aspired to, but at least I was able to restore my health and am doing work that I love. My work situation is still in a state of flux, but that is Uranus for you. I have definitely learned the hard way that you can't resist its theme of change; resistance is futile and only makes life harder. Embrace change, as uncomfortable as it may be. It is indeed worth the effort.

I am fully aware that I need to survive that last Uranus Pluto square on March 17th. All of us have that to anticipate. My Libra ascendant is in the crossfire, so undoubtedly there are more surprises in store for me. And we all need to accept that the repercussions of this last square will probably be felt through the remainder of 2015 and into 2016.

As wild as this energy may feel, we are getting some preparation for it courtesy of Saturn. Saturn is stationing retrograde in 4 degrees of Sagittarius on March 14th. Initially it may make us feel pessimistic and serious, but it can also help us be more practical and responsible and that type of grounding influence can serve as a welcome ballast in the days ahead.

Full Moon in Virgo as Uranus Kicks It Up a Notch

The month of March started out like the proverbial lion and will probably end up the same way.  On Tuesday, March 3^rd, Uranus in Aries trined Jupiter in Leo, inspiring me to tweet:

“Big day today as we have a beautiful fire trine between Jupiter in Leo and Uranus in Aries.  Unexpected blessings could come.”

This bold fire energy could have brought many of us some unusual good luck very spontaneously because that is how fire trines operate, especially when Uranus is involved.  I am no stranger to Jupiter Uranus aspects myself, as I have a natal conjunction of these two planets in the late degrees of Cancer.

The theme of this Jupiter Uranus trine is to inspire us to take risks, be open to new experiences  and follow those hunches.  We had a Jupiter Uranus trine back in September 2014 and we get the opportunity to experience it again on June 21, 2015.  It’s all about change, folks and the less resistance we have, the easier it will be.

On Wednesday, March 4^th, Venus in Aries conjuncted Uranus and squared Pluto in Capricorn.  Granted, it was nice to have Venus join the party with a focus on love and finances, but its square to Pluto is kind of like a dress rehearsal for March 17^th, when the square between Pluto and Uranus will be exact.  Venus squaring Pluto may have triggered some rebellion against controlling influences or inequality in relationships. Power struggles may have prevailed on the eve of the full moon.

The full moon occurred in 14 degrees of Virgo on Thursday, March 5^th.  It was bound to create tension because Virgo is always tied to being practical and useful while controlling all of the details.  The devil is in the details as far as Virgo is concerned.  Yet the Sun in Pisces is all about having faith and trusting in the process.  On that day I tweeted:

“Full moon in Virgo today opposing Pisces Sun challenges us to find balance between analyzing and trusting to go with the flow.”

The Virgo full moon nudges us to translate our ideals into actions.  Another complication of this full moon is that it opposed Chiron in Pisces, which may have brought  up some old emotional wounds for healing.  I can relate to this piece, as the Virgo moon squared my natal moon in Gemini and I found myself encountering  a familiar issue that has caused me emotional pain in the past.

The moon enters Libra on the 6^th and it will be opposing Mars in Aries on the 7^th and opposing Uranus on the 8^th. I mentioned Mars in Aries because it too is a major player in the astrological weather  forecast for this month.  Mars in Aries is also crossing the south node of the moon in Aries and is exactly conjunct it on March 6^th.  It is fueling the fire of the Uranus Pluto square and providing the courage we may need to break free of what is no longer serving our best interests.  And tempers could very well flare on March 11^th when Mars conjuncts Uranus in Aries and squares Pluto in Capricorn.  Angry confrontations  could be the rule and not the exception on that day.

On the sunnier side of this astrological street, the Sun conjuncts Chiron in Pisces on March 7^th and hopefully this will illuminate any fears that are running (or ruining) our lives so that we can release them once and for all.  The trick to remember  with any healing transit is that you sometimes need to feel more pain in order to get to the other side.  Forewarned is forearmed!

Saturn and Pluto Mix It Up to Manifest a New Reality

The prevailing reality for many people these days is a sense that something major is about to happen which will change their lives forever.  That is the message I am hearing from my clients. The reason for this feeling is that we are headed for the seventh and final Uranus Pluto square on March 17^th, to be followed by a solar eclipse three days later in 29 degrees of Pisces.  And we have a lunar eclipse on April 4^th in 14 degrees of Libra, which will set off that last Uranus Pluto square.  So relax, folks, you are not paranoid or imagining things.  Major change and a new reality are inevitable.

This week started off with Saturn in Sagittarius squaring the Sun in Pisces on February 23^rd and on that day I tweeted:

"Major reality check today as Saturn in Sagittarius squares the Sun in Pisces. We can’t escape so accept the challenge."

This played out in a very sobering way for me that day.  I received a phone call from the sister of a friend who had moved to Florida several years ago informing me that my friend had just died.  I hadn’t spoken with her over a year and at that time she mentioned that her breast cancer had returned.  I sent her a Christmas card this past year telling her that I would love to chat with her to catch up when she had the time.  Her sister told me that she had gone to see her in December and watched her health deteriorate rapidly.  My friend did not want to reach out to anyone outside of her family and she died in hospice.  I was touched by her sister’s compassion in reaching out to me to let me know of her passing.  I was grateful to be considered someone close to her; my friend was only 68 and her breast cancer had metastasized to her bones and liver.  I was saddened by the news and felt somewhat guilty that I had not reached out more to her during the last year of her life.

I was still reeling from this news when I went to retrieve my mail an hour later and received a card from another friend informing me that her sister’s endometrial cancer had returned and had been told by doctors that she had at most two years left to live.  I have known her sister for almost 40 years and was close friends with her in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s until she moved to California.  I had just gotten an email from her a week ago, and she had never mentioned that she had cancer.  My friend said her sister didn’t want anyone to know she was sick, but she lived in New York and was trying to encourage her sister to seek out alternative forms of healing, and she was asking me I had any suggestions on how to get through to her.  She was clearly frustrated that her sister was not being more proactive with her care options and tired of her hiding the truth about her health.  We had a long talk and I think that it was probably the first time that we both honestly discussed the reality of her sister’s situation.  I had been friends with both women for years, so I had always been wary of saying anything critical about one to the other.  But the stark reality of one of them dying dissolved that pattern.  I kept wondering what was the deal with having two sisters delivering such devastating news on the same day?  Thank you, Saturn square the Sun!  On a very personal level, this aspect was manifesting for me by giving me a reality check that my friends and I are getting older and that we will have health issues.  We won't live forever, but we can make the most of  our time here by living a meaningful life and being mindful.

Saturn in Sagittarius was on a roll.  It has trined both Venus and Mars in Aries this week. Saturn trined Venus in Aries on February 24^th and Mars in Aries on February 25^th. On February 24^th I tweeted:

“Venus in Aries trining Saturn in Sagittarius today bodes well for love, self-worth and finances.  The universe supports efforts.”

When Mars in Aries trined Saturn in Sagittarius on February 25^th, I tweeted:

“Mars in Aries trining Saturn in Sagittarius today provides lots of energy for accomplishing goals. Go for it!”

Saturn in Sagittarius trining both Mars and Venus in Aries can help us manifest our desires if we remember to be totally honest with ourselves so that we can create this new reality.  Mars and Venus in Aries are infused with enthusiasm and impulsive energy while Saturn is all about the hard work and effort required to make things happen. Saturn always tests us and teaches us; in the sign of Sagittarius that lesson involves seeking the truth and being totally honest.

And now we move on to Pluto in Capricorn.  On February 27^th, Pluto in Capricorn inconjuncts retrograde Jupiter in Leo.  This aspect is all about making adjustments.  The major theme is dealing with insecurities which can cause us to come across as overly self-confident.  We need to make adjustments in life to justify our knowledge.  We are being challenged to use our talents to do something constructive to transform our world.  Jupiter in Leo loves the attention and shining those talents, but Pluto in Capricorn needs to transform our structures.  I have a feeling that this aspect will also have a profound impact on me because I have my natal Pluto in Leo, and my generation is renowned or infamous (depending on your point of view of the “ME” generation) for transforming the world through our creativity. I also have my natal Jupiter in 29 degrees of Cancer, which I have finally figured out tends to manifest more as a Jupiter in Leo than a Jupiter in Cancer.  Talk about justifying my knowledge of astrology!

We are never exempt from Pluto’s influence, but we are nearing that last Pluto Uranus square on March 17^th, so Pluto in Capricorn will not be denied.  It’s time to clean up our attitudes.  Or as fellow astrologer Dietrech Pessin aptly describes the inconjunct: “It’s life’s messy, clean it up aspect.”  Pluto demands nothing less!

Happy New Year - 2015 Starts with a Bang!

We are officially done with 2014 and 2015 is here. I am sure that there has been a collective sigh of relief heard round the world as the year 2014 drew to a close. I could totally relate to what astrologer Penny Thornton so eloquently stated on her www.astrolutely.com site:

"On Wednesday we bid goodbye to 2014 and welcome in 2015, and if you had a year like I did, you'll enjoy giving the boot to 2014."

Michael Lutin also had some astute perceptions on the legacy of 2014. As we all know Saturn left the sign of Scorpio on December 23rd, and he observed that:

"Either you or someone close to you is healing from a devastating experience. Loss can be a prevalent theme."

Michael Lutin went on to describe the transition from Saturn in Scorpio to Saturn in Sagittarius as one of primitive unconscious instincts towards an awareness of greater meaning and purpose.

The first major aspect of 2015 was Mars in 22 degrees of Aquarius opposing Jupiter in 22 degrees of Leo. On that day I tweeted:

"Mars in Aquarius opposing Jupiter in Leo today starts 2015 with a bang by inspiring us to take action pursuing bug dreams."

This is definitely a big, over the top aspect because Mars in Aquarius is seeking freedom and independence while Jupiter in Leo seeks personal fulfillment. Don't underestimate the power of that Mars in this and its desire for freedom and independence - I have my natal Mars in Aquarius and I have literally marched to the beat of a different drummer my entire life. How else do you explain my becoming a healer, psychic and astrologer?

But exuberance ruled the first day of 2015 with Mars opposing joyful Jupiter. The only fly in the ointment with this aspect was a tendency for tempers to flare. I personally was fortunate enough not to experience it (thank you, generous Jupiter), but if anyone did experience some outbursts, now you know the astrological explanation.

Venus moves into the sign of Aquarius on January 3rd and Mercury follows suit on January 4th, the day of the full moon. The sign change of these two planets supports the theme of having your views supporting your dreams and the potential need for changing or tweaking your perceptions.

The full moon in 14 degrees of Cancer on January 4th promises to be a highly emotional one because it will activate the energies of the Uranus Pluto square. The next and final square will occur on March 17, 2015 in 15 degrees of Aries and Capricorn. Be prepared for this full moon to be somewhat irrational. A full moon in Cancer is inclined to bring awareness of our urge for a secure home versus making a contribution to humanity. Any repressed feelings that we have will come to a head and spill out. Astrologer Molly Hall said that:

"There can be emotional catharsis at this full moon."

I have no doubt that what she says is true. Relationships can grow stronger from the raw truths that are exposed. It's also a good time to nurture ourselves and those we love. Be true to your feelings and don't fear vulnerability. It's time to soften that hard Cancer shell!

This Cancer full moon is opposing Pluto in Capricorn as well as the Sun in Capricorn. The theme of this aspect is to eliminate the things that prevent you from being yourself and to become more at home in our own skin.

And don't forget that both the Sun in Capricorn and moon in Cancer square Uranus in Aries. This potent configuration denotes a powerful time for awareness and transformation. Change is the theme. Uranus delivers awareness and Pluto is the messenger of transformation. Hopefully, this full moon in Cancer will empower us to embrace that change.

Personally, I am in favor of adopting astrologer Janet Sparrow Moon's interpretation of 2015. She observed that:

"Looking ahead, 2015 is going to be a ray of sunshine for most of us. It is going to be so much easier than the past few years. Uranus and Pluto will be finishing their conflict this year, and we do not have any other Superior planetary conflicts (except for Jupiter) happening in 2015."

I don't know about you but I can definitely live with an easier year than the past few years. Happy New Year, everyone!

Uranus Square Pluto - Take 6 of the Revolution

Brace yourself, folks. The sixth of seven Uranus in Aries Pluto in Capricorn squares will be exact on December 15, 2014 in 12 degrees of each sign. Anyone with cardinal sign planets (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) between 10-16 degrees will feel its impact, especially in the area of relationships. This is definitely going to be a game changer because Uranus represents revolution and sudden change while Pluto represents transformation. But Pluto in Capricorn is still clinging to its conservative roots while trying to maintain its power base. I loved the way astrologer Georgia Nicols described the Uranus Pluto squares as "Between 2012 and 2015, these two planets bang heads seven times."

Some of us may have already felt its influence on December 8th when the Cancer moon opposed Pluto in Capricorn and squared Uranus in Aries. I would wager that many of us might have had some old insecurities triggered as a prelude to the December 15th face-off.

Revolutions are indeed taking place around us. Racial violence and campus demonstrations against rape are rampant. I really feel like I am being transported back to the 1960's when I was growing up watching race riots and campus demonstrations on TV. And this is no accident- back in 1965-66, Uranus and Pluto were conjunct in Virgo. Whenever these two planets tangle, upheaval is sure to follow.

History was always one of my favorite subjects and I decided to look at the Uranus Pluto square through the lens of history. The last time we experienced a Uranus Pluto square was back in 1932-34. Ironically, Uranus was in Aries back then, but Pluto was in the sign of Cancer and had just been recently discovered as a planet. What was going on back then? Plenty-the Great Depression and the rise of dictators like Hitler and Mussolini. Personally, I have been saying for the past three years that Uranus in Aries was partially responsible for the economic instability that has been raging and history bears an astrological link to prove  that. Our current economic downturn actually began in 2008 when Pluto entered Capricorn. And the battle rages to preserve the wealth of the haves while the rest of us feel adrift in an economic tsunami. But in the 1930's when Pluto was in Cancer, there was more of a struggle to hold the family together in tough economic times. At least this is what I remember my astrology teacher telling me in class. She was a member of the Pluto in Cancer generation and told us it was it was quite a battle to keep the family (a Cancer ruled sign) together during the Depression. Her students back then in the 1980's were comprised of those born with Pluto in Cancer, Leo and Virgo and she definitely could discern the difference between the generations!

I was blown away by Michael Lutin's comparison of the current Uranus Pluto square to the Uranus Pluto conjunction back in 1965-66 on December 10^th on his site www.michaellutin.com.  He said:

"We are now at the juncture of that conjunction Uranus square Pluto. The notion of a better society is being severely challenged."

Michael Lutin also captured the feeling and mood of the Uranus Pluto square with the following lines:

"It's scary to go where you don't know where you're going or how to get there."

"Severance from the expected path is an excruciating, mystifying and terrifying possibility until you accept the fact that you must move forward and now go where you have never gone before."

The bottom line is that we need to accept that there are long-term trends and changes occurring. The wisest course of action is to accept the instability and create a p!an to improve your life by releasing whatever isn't working. The Uranus Pluto square is a call to action to make core changes in your life. Upheaval can bring fast healing.

I speak from experience as the first four squares aspected the nodes of my moon (Capricorn and Cancer) in the third and ninth houses. Believe me, you can't ignore Pluto on your north node! The last three squares aspect my Libra ascendant, so I won't be able to resist their call for change, either!

A Stressful Week with Saves from Venus and Jupiter

This week started off with an intensity on Monday, April 14th that has yet to abate. Pluto stationed retrograde at 7:44 p.m. at 14 degrees of Capricorn. It produced a lot of tension and forced many of us to examine issues around power. I know that I was not alone when I tweeted that it was the lack of power that was so frustrating. Pluto is also squaring Mars and I am feeling the hits of transiting Pluto squaring my ascendant and Mars conjunct my ascendant.  Is it any wonder that I am experiencing controlled rage about situations that I have no control over?

What did I do on the day of the 14th? I had my annual gyn appointment, which was pretty routine except for the fact that my gynecologist was puzzled when he couldn't retrieve the results of the mammogram I'd had the previous week because the computer records said "unread."  I didn't think anything of it but there is more to come on that front. I also went to see the Marathon Memorial at the Boston Public Library because I felt it was something I needed to do after having witnessed the aftermath of the Marathon Bombing a couple hours after it happened. I had a hard time finding it but I did. I knew I didn't want to go the next day, the actual anniversary because I don't do well with crowds. The exhibit did elicit tears and painful memories but it was worthwhile.  It was my personal way of dealing with the Pluto station. After all, it was the Marathon Bombing that was a catalyst for me to make much needed changes in my life. Nothing like unearthing your deepest fears and feelings in order to transcend them.  Thank you, Pluto in Capricorn.

On Tuesday, April 15^th we had the lunar eclipse in 25 degrees of Libra.  It conjuncted my Neptune in the first house and I literally woke up feeling sad.  Was I soaking up the collective sadness of the Marathon Bombing anniversary?  I purposely avoided watching television but I did hear the church bells ringing at 2:49 p.m. to commemorate the event.  What happened next really shocked me.  I received a text from the owner of the clinic where I give Reiki treatments informing me that I might have trouble getting into work the next morning because Copley Station was closed and the area was blocked off.  Apparently there had been two unattended backpacks that needed to be detonated.  The bags contained photography equipment and a rice cooker filled with confetti.  But the individual who left the bags was arrested and rumored to be bipolar.  And he chose to act out on a lunar eclipse!  Granted, the moon had moved into Scorpio by that time, but we were still getting the full effect of that full moon in Libra opposing Aries. 

I also got a disturbing phone call from the lab where I had my mammogram done the previous week; I needed to return for a repeat imaging because there was something off compared to my two previous mammograms.  I did not get much information from the person who called me.  I just remember being told to come in as soon as possible and the earliest opening was Friday morning.  I was in shock, to say the least.  A few hours later I composed myself and checked the Patient Site online records to see if the results were in my online records.  The report basically stated that I had dense breasts which limited the sensitivity for detection of masses.  This was news to me; I had never thought of myself as having dense breasts.  Friends tried to reassure me that it was probably nothing and that maybe they had squeezed so hard that it made it impossible to read.  Transiting Mars conjunct my ascendant feels literally like an attack on my physical body, but the whole experience is also making me feel really angry that no one explains things anymore. Uranus in Aries is transiting my 6^th house for almost another year, so I suppose that I should not be surprised that this is happening.

But relief was in sight.  On Wednesday, April 16^th we had a Grand Water Trine with the moon in Scorpio, Venus in Pisces and Jupiter in Cancer.  Once again, the water planets rushed to the rescue!  It felt like something was lifting.  Venus and Jupiter are in their signs of exaltation, which is always a good thing.  The much ballyhooed Cardinal Grand Cross will be upon us next week, but I remember reading encouraging words from astrologer Jessica Adams that Jupiter can soften the cross.  I tend to think of Jupiter in Cancer as a secret weapon.  I realized that it was technically the last day Mars would be in my first house, but I would be feeling the effects of Mars conjunct my ascendant until the end of June, forcing me to deal with issues of anger, conflict and resentment.  I did have hope on that day.  An old friend called me that night and we had a delightful chat.  I remember reading the good news that Valerie Harper had been declared cancer-free.  A little over a year ago, she had been given three months to live and I had been devastated by that news.  She struck me as a very inspirational person in her reaction to the diagnosis, and it appears that Jupiter is working its miracles for her.  God bless her and her positive attitude, which we all could use more of these days.  When I went to my weekly meditation group that night, I received a message that I would be making more money in May.  I definitely needed to hear that because business has been really slow this week.  I know that people are majorly stressed out, but it hasn’t translated into business for me.  Then I remembered that I had good financial news in December 2013, the last time transiting Saturn in Scorpio was conjunct my Sun. In May retrograde Saturn will once again conjunct my Sun.   So there is a history and definite potential for it to occur again, because I have been playing by Saturn’s rules and working hard.

On Thursday, April 17^th, we had a delightful trine between in Pisces and Jupiter in Cancer at 9:19 p.m.  The moon had moved on into Sagittarius, but that wasn’t a bad thing either because Sagittarius tends to be so optimistic and hopeful. 

On Friday, April 18^th, the moon in Sagittarius was squaring Neptune in Pisces, trining Uranus in Aries and squaring Venus and Chiron in Pisces.  A part of me was feeling the fire of indignation of having to endure another mammogram and another part was downright scared, especially since the Patient Site had me scheduled for two appointments that morning.  After the mammogram they gave me an ultrasound which revealed the presence of a cyst and the potential for papilloma, which is a benign tumor.  They recommended a follow-up ultra-sound in six months, but gave me the option of scheduling a cyst aspiration or core biopsy sooner if I chose.  I had a cyst about 12 years ago and had the fine needle aspiration because the cyst started causing me pain.  Right now I am currently leaning towards waiting the six months, but at least I know that if I get too freaked about my less than 3% chance of this being cancer, I can be proactive.

It is impossible to ignore the fact that we have the next Uranus in Aries squaring Pluto in Capricorn square on April 21, 2014. Rumor has it this one will pack the biggest punch.  This represents an erosion of the old ways of doing things while simultaneously experiencing a frustrating denial of escaping obligations.  It is not an understatement to say that it is a major test of patience.  I came across some very wise words from astrologer Vivian Carol at:

Basically, she commented on how the Uranus Pluto square is also activated by Jupiter in Cancer, which squares Uranus and opposes Pluto.  This can play out in two ways: by either creating a joint purpose that everyone can agree on or create drama triangles with a victim, perpetrator and a rescuer.  This scenario is highly dysfunction and should be avoided at all costs.  So let’s focus on creating a joint purpose with next week’s Uranus Pluto square and Grand Cardinal Cross.
