We have been getting a heavy blast of planets in earth
signs lately. Venus, Jupiter, Pluto, Saturn and Ceres have all been in
Capricorn and Uranus is in Taurus. On
December 17, 2019 we even had a Grand Trine in Earth involving the moon in
Virgo. On that day I tweeted:

On December 20, 2019, Venus departs Capricorn and enters the
air sign of Aquarius until January 13, 2020.
This will be a marked change from Venus in Capricorn; we will be feeling
much more social (just in time for the holidays) and lighter. Friendship is very important to us when Venus
is in Aquarius, as is the need for freedom and independence, so be sure to give
your partners and friends the space they need.
Hopefully we will all be seeking more equality in our relationships, but
Venus in the sign of Aquarius, which is ruled by Uranus, has a somewhat
unconventional and detached approach to relationships. But Venus moving into Aquarius does energize
us because we finally have a planet in an air sign.
On the following day, December 21, 2019, the sun leaves the
fire sign of Sagittarius and joins the Capricorn party of Jupiter, Saturn,
Pluto and Ceres. So the Capricorn
influence is still calling the shots.
December 21, 2019 is also known as the Winter Solstice because it is the
shortest day of the year and marks the official start of winter. When the sun is in Capricorn, we are feeling
more serious, responsible and goal oriented.
We strive for accomplishment and want to see results for the fruits of
our labors.
On December 26, 2019 Eclipse Season kicks off with a solar
eclipse in 4 degrees of Capricorn. This
is not necessarily a bad thing. Granted,
it does have a material world emphasis as turbulent changes are coming, especially
in long standing structures that are on the verge of collapsing. The solar eclipse in Capricorn is also
trining Uranus in Taurus, so we are definitely headed for some big changes
coming down the pike.
The solar eclipse on December 26, 2019 is a south node
eclipse which could highlight abuse of power and responsibility. This is a time to set new intentions in the
area of life that the eclipse occurs in.
Where does 4 degrees of Capricorn fall in your chart? For me, it falls in my third house and is
conjunct my north node in Capricorn, which is a pretty big deal. Or, as one friend suggested to me, it’s time
to write! It is also continuing a theme
with the Cancer/Capricorn eclipses that began in July 2018 when we had a solar
eclipse in 20 degrees of Cancer. And we have a lunar eclipse coming on January
10, 2020 on 20 degrees of Cancer. The major
themes of eclipses in Cancer and Capricorn are emotional and practical
security.
Jupiter in Capricorn is also conjunct this solar eclipse,
which brings faith and optimism to the mix as it also continues to trine Uranus
in Taurus. The trine between Jupiter in
Capricorn and Uranus in Taurus was exact on December 15, 2019, when I tweeted:

Overall, this eclipse seems to have a great deal of
positive energy going for it. There are
however, two aspects that might prove to be a bit challenging. The solar eclipse in 4 degrees of Capricorn
does square Chiron in 1 degree of Aries, which will bring up the need for
emotional healing. And Venus in Aquarius
will be squaring Uranus in Taurus, which could contribute to some restlessness
in relationships and finances and a craving for freedom.

for them. I have a conversation with

session to take place when they will be in a state to receive healing energy
and I follow up with a telephone conversation to discuss their experience and
my perception of their blockages. I have
