There is a strong sense of momentum currently with a
preponderance of planets and the south node in Capricorn. Jupiter entered Capricorn on December 2,
2019, inspiring me to tweet:

We are headed into a full moon in 19 degrees of Gemini on
December 12, 2019. But before that
happens we have some rather confusing squares to Neptune in Pisces. On December 8, 2019, the sun in 15 degrees of
Sagittarius squares Neptune in 15 degrees of Pisces. This aspect can manifest in low energy and
feelings of confusion and disappointment.
It can also predispose us to feeling like a victim or martyr or even activate
our savior mode. The best use of this
energy is to indulge our creative side. On a personal level, my Gemini moon in
the 8th house will be activated by this square with the sun opposing
my moon and Neptune squaring it.
Hopefully my Reiki work will channel this energy constructively.
On December 9, 2019, Mercury will enter Sagittarius until
December 28, 2019. Mercury has had an
extended stay in the sign of Scorpio due to the recent Mercury retrograde. Mercury has been in Scorpio since October 3,
2019. We can expect a big change in our
thinking and communication when Mercury transits Sagittarius. Mercury in Scorpio loved to plumb the depths
with laser like focus on a single situation but Mercury in Sagittarius will
adopt a big picture view as it seeks to learn more about a wide range of
topics. Honesty and faith are more
important to us when Mercury is in Sagittarius.
We also tend to be more optimistic and idealistic with Mercury in
Sagittarius and we can be downright persuasive if we want to be. But the shadow side of Mercury in Sagittarius
is a tendency to communicate with a lack of tact or be overly preachy in
expressing our views.
The full moon in 19 degrees of Gemini occurs on December
12, 2019 on the east coast of the United States. This full moon squares Neptune in 15 degrees
of Pisces which further contributes to the confusion we experienced on December
8th. It may also contribute
to a strong desire for escapism. This full moon is also conjunct my natal
Gemini moon. Full moons can shine light
on previously hidden emotional matters and this one will be no exception. The shadow side of a Gemini moon is a
tendency to chatter aimlessly, gossip and engage in self-defeating talk. This full moon in Gemini also features
Mercury in 4 degrees of Sagittarius in a challenging inconjunct aspect to
Uranus in 3 degrees of Taurus, which can involve a lot of information swirling
around that requires us to make some adjustments or compromises in order to
process it.
The lineup of planets in Capricorn, which includes Jupiter,
Venus, Saturn, Pluto and the south node of the moon further complicates this
full moon. Venus will be conjunct Saturn
from December 10, 2019 through December 14, 2019, which have a somber influence
on financial and political issues. And we
have Venus, Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn inconjunct the full moon in 19
degrees of Gemini. Quite literally, something
will have to give with all of these inconjuncts if we are to make any progress.

my clients who can’t fit Friday into their schedule for a treatment or have
difficulty traveling, I have also recently begun doing distance Reiki sessions
for them. I have a conversation with
them about what they hope to achieve from a session, we set up a time for the
session to take place when they will be in a state to receive healing energy
and I follow up with a telephone conversation to discuss their experience and
my perception of their blockages. I have
